Scott Plakun has proven his leadership capabilities in the most demanding — and the most creative — technology environments. He has developed and executed innovative strategies for over 25 years, working with major corporations including Barclays Global Investors (BGI), Oracle Corporation, and ADP, with smaller companies, and with non-profit organizations including the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco, Tides Center, the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, and Heroes’ Voices.

He launched one of the first full-featured electronic mail services, built the systems behind one of the world’s most successful computer-driven equity investment fund families, provided impactful long-range strategic road maps, and directed the implementation of the on-line collection for a major museum.

Mr. Plakun received his Bachelors degree in Computer Science from Colgate University and attended the University of Michigan Business School.

Mr. Plakun served as the president of the Rotary Club of San Francisco in 2009-2010 and as the club’s head of technology.
